Investigating - Beste,

We ondervinden momenteel problemen met onze monitoring. Verschillende statussen, waaronder CPU-gebruik, geheugen, Windows services en antivirusstatus, worden niet correct bijgewerkt en tonen stale status.

Om dit probleem op te lossen, plannen we een herstart van de monitoringserver om 12:30 uur vanmiddag. Tijdens de herstart kan er tijdelijk geen monitoringinformatie beschikbaar zijn.

We verwachten dat de reboot een 10-tal minuten kan duren.

Onze excuses voor het ongemak en bedankt voor uw begrip.

During maintenance on July 2nd, a number of servers were unintentionally restarted due to human error. These restarts were not part of the planned activities.

We hebben vandaag, 26 juni, onderhoud gepland voor onze N-Central-server, vanaf 18.00 uur. We werken nauw samen met de support van N-Able om dataverlies te minimaliseren. Tijdens de onderhoudsperiode van vandaag upgraden we de server met extra resources om het platform verder uit te breiden.

Het monitoringplatform (https://monitoring2.mydatacloud.be) blijft toegankelijk tijdens de geplande onderhoudsperiode. Er kunnen echter korte onderbrekingen in de service optreden.

Het aanmaken van tickets blijft zonder enige onderbreking functioneren.

Let op: er kan tijdens deze periode historische monitoringgegevens verloren gaan.
