Onze secundaire internetverbinding ondervindt problemen. We zijn in contact met de leverancier en kijken om deze zo snel mogelijk terug operationeel te krijgen.
Inkomende backups zijn geïmpacteerd, uitgaand is er geen impact.

Our secondary internetconnection is experiencing issues. We've contacted the provider, and are looking to get it operational again asap.
Incoming backups are impacted, outgoing traffic is rerouted via the primary connection, and therefor no or minimal impact.

Een aantal firmware versies van Sonicwall zijn vatbaar voor een remote aanval, waarbij hackers de firewall kunnen laten crashen of remote toegang kunnen verkrijgen.

Sinds kort, wordt deze kwetsbaarheid ook effectief misbruikt.
Daarom gaan we de klanten met een kwetsbare firewall proactief updaten. We sturen een email notificatie naar de klanten die geïmpacteerd zijn, en tijdens de kantooruren zullen we u informeren en afspreken om de firewall zo snel mogelijk up to date te zetten.
We gaan ook proactief verder doen deze avond en weekend, en wanneer we er van uitgaan, dat er geen impact is, geen telefonisch contact opnemen om te zorgen dat uw firewall zo snel mogelijk beschermd is.

Dear customer,

A number of firmware versions of Sonicwall are susceptible to a remote attack, where hackers can crash the firewall or gain remote access.

Recently, this vulnerability has also been effectively exploited.
That is why we will proactively update customers with a vulnerable firewall. We will send an email notification to affected customers, and during office hours we will inform you and agree to update the firewall as soon as possible.
We will also continue to proactively patch the susceptible firewalls this evening and weekend, and if we assume there is no impact, will not make telephone contact to ensure your firewall is protected as quickly as possible.
