Beste klant,

In de nacht van donderdag 22 oktober op vrijdag 23 oktober zullen er door onze internet provider onderhoudswerkzaamheden plaatsvinden tussen 22u00 en 06u00. Tijdens deze periode kunnen er tijdelijke problemen zijn met de bereikbaarheid van het datacenter.

During the night from Thurday 22nd of October to Friday 23rd of October there will be maintenance from 22:00 till 06:00 by our internet provider. During this windows inrruptions might occur of the connectivity to our datacenter.

Momenteel lijken de problemen vanuit Telenet verbindingen opgelost te zijn. Telenet heeft dit echter nog niet officieel bevestigd. We kunnen dus niet uitsluiten dat er mogelijk nog verdere storingen voorkomen.

The issues to connect to Mydatacloud from Telenet internet connections seem to be resolved.However, we have not received confirmation from Telenet about this. We can therefor not guarantee that some connections might arise again later on.

verder onderzoek lijkt te wijzen dat er een probleem is bij Telenet waardoor sommige van onze diensten via een Telenet verbinding niet bereikbaar zijn. We werken verder samen met Telenet om dit probleem te verhelpen.

further investigation seems to point towards problems with Telenet. Some of our services within Mydatacloud are no longer accessible from a Telenet connection. We're working on this problem with telenet to solve this as soon as possible.
