We hebben vandaag, 26 juni, onderhoud gepland voor onze N-Central-server, vanaf 18.00 uur. We werken nauw samen met de support van N-Able om dataverlies te minimaliseren. Tijdens de onderhoudsperiode van vandaag upgraden we de server met extra resources om het platform verder uit te breiden.

Het monitoringplatform (https://monitoring2.mydatacloud.be) blijft toegankelijk tijdens de geplande onderhoudsperiode. Er kunnen echter korte onderbrekingen in de service optreden.

Het aanmaken van tickets blijft zonder enige onderbreking functioneren.

Let op: er kan tijdens deze periode historische monitoringgegevens verloren gaan.

We stellen uw begrip op prijs en zullen ons best doen om de impact te minimaliseren.

Tijdens dit onderhoud kunnen backups naar Mydatacloud tijdelijk onderbroken worden.

Our Veeam infrastructure will be updated and restarted on June 20th between 10:00 and 16:00.
During this maintenance, backups to Mydatacloud may be temporarily interrupted.

Als gevolg hiervan zal de voorziene overgang van de oude naar de nieuwe versie vanavond niet plaatsvinden, en wordt er geen onderbreking verwacht.
